Many are experimenting with online tools and new digital means in order to involve enterprises and companies that are responding surprisingly well, demonstrating willingness to be involved and be part of this project, taking advantage of the FUTURE 4.0 knowledge transfer model. Recently we organised 3rd Monitoring Web meeting on Local Pilot Actions coordinated by project partner Confindustria Veneto SIAVwith all the FUTURE 4.0 project partners. Our goal was to know more about the latest undertakings and progress of the Local pilot actions in each of 5 project areas and jointly determine the direction of further actions.

Future 4.0 project is currently working on Local Pilot Action Phase by implementing tailored actions within enterprises in Italy, Croatia, Albania and Greece for developing competences / skills with Knowledge and Technology Transfer methodologies for each region involved. The aim of the experimentation is the up skilling and re-skilling of professional profiles in order to enhance employability within the shipbuilding industry.
